Maxi – no luck at all in this case, at least I did not have to cross a waist deep torrent in the middle of the night ;-}

Hi Peter,
The sea at Lido di Ostia was beautifull but boring, I spend my last days in the Chianti hills.The return trip by train went a lot better, me and my bike savely arrived in the Netherlands.
Hope you are back on the (broken) saddle, the Italian countryside is much better than the noisy city. Enjoy it!
By the way, when you are finished cycling around the world you are welcome to join our orchestra
